Joining a new gym, or starting anything new for that matter, can be a little nerve wracking. The feeling of being unsure or what to do or even fear of embarrassment are top of the list with everyone who has started their training.
We’ve made the process easier by scaling the training to your level and getting a plan in place to get you to your goals.
Our qualified coaches will meet you at your current fitness level and guide you through the steps to improve your strength, mobility, and conditioning you need to accomplish your goals. This is different from a one size fits all approach, even in our group classes movements can be tailored to give you the most benefit out of the training.
To ensure you get the most out of your training, we start all of our new students with a free movement screen, consult, and your first workout. The appointment takes about 45 minutes, we will go over your fitness goals and how we can help you accomplish them, and go through a short workout. If there is any corrective exercises or daily practices that will help jump start your training, we can go over those at this time, as well as discuss membership options that will best fit your personal needs.
If you haven’t attended one of our classes or personal training, it’s important to do this session so you can get the most out of the classes, and avoid being lost in our regular training.
