Do What Works, Not What Doesn’t.

This seems like common sense, however there is a lot of self-defense systems, too many to possibly count. So how do you decide what to do? There’s not a lot of bad movements out there, but finding the ones that fit and work for you is the tough part. Our systems work off of your own reactions so you can train for successfully dealing with a confrontation instead of repeating 1,000’s of repetitions of movements you will likely not even use if you needed them.

Monthly workshops will help hone in the skills you may not even know you have. Wether you’re brand new or an experienced martial arts practitioner there is always something to be gained.
