We understand that everyone has different needs, so group classes might not be for you. 1-on-1 sessions might have more benefit if there is specific goals or objectives that aren’t always covered in the class programming(we cycle group programs regularly). Maybe you hit a wall in your current training or your progress isn’t quite where it needs to be to make your goals.
